Using the Nursery

Because of space limitations, we ask that all parents call instead of dropping in to see if there is space available for your child. During this call, we will ask a few questions about your situation and determine how we can best help you and your family.

If there is space, we will confirm times for you to bring your child. If a parent is needing immediate assistance and we have space at that time, we will ask you to head this way.
Upon Arrival:
Once you are at the Nursery, we will gather more info in a confidential and non-judgmental manner. With you, we will determine how long your child will need to stay at the Nursery.
This could be a few hours or up to a day. If you need longer than a day, we have other resources and options for you.
Intake Process:
We will gather information from you such as your child's routines, medical history, special dietary needs, and other information to help us provide the best experience for you and your child.

This will not take more than 10 minutes typically and we will do our best to utilize this time to help your child feel comfortable and want to stay at the Nursery.
After Intake:
We will help you get your child settled in. We promise to give your child nurturing care and do not have many "rules" here at the Nursery (except to be safe and nice to other children). We do not push new routines on them. We have enough volunteers and staff to give your child our undivided attention. It is our goal to make this time easier on both parents and children. You are able to call and check on them and we will do our best to send pics and give updates if time allows.
